How
Have a little taste of Ziyad Falafel Mix by preparing it according to its recipe, or add spices, lemon juice or chopped garlic or onion to increase yumminess. You can prepare it in small balls or flat patties, whatever shape will taste great, and frying or baking will both give extraordinary results! You can eat it in its more traditional combinations (pita sandwich, with hummus and salad), or in more original mixes like pasta or burritos!

This version is just ok, not spectacular. It only has chickpeas in it, but there is another version in a brown box, same brand, that has fava beans as well as chickpeas, which, in my opinion, makes it a lot tastier. For some reason I could not get that version when I ordered.
