I've always loved Pepas--traditional soft butter cookies topped with a dollop of quince jam--but have had bad luck finding fresh ones abroad. Until now! I took a chance on Delicias de la Nonna brand and I'm glad I did. They're fresh and soft and perfectly delicious--just the way I remember them from my childhood in Argentina.
