Have you tried English mustard? Not the diluted one, but instead creamy spicy mustard that opens your sinuses and shakes your senses?
Colman’s Mustard. You’re welcome.
Why
Colman's is a traditional condiment house in the UK, and their Original English Mustard is a flavor much missed by Brits abroad. Not for the weak, this hot mustard has a strong effect a bit like wasabi's, with all the flavor of brown and white mustard seeds. It also includes turmeric in its ingredients, which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. A little pinch is enough to enhance and strengthen flavors, so a small jar can last quite a bit!
