Spice it up in a Spanish Style! Palacios spicy chorizo has a mildly hot and smoky touch that will spice up your plates. Just open, serve, enjoy...y Olé!

What is better than eating chorizo? Eating spicy chorizo!

Palacios tuned up its traditional dry cured chorizo recipe for the spicy-lovers. Made with pork, garlic and hot smoked paprika, Palacios Spicy Chorizo offers a mildly hot flavor that will spice up your dishes. With a recipe created in La Rioja (Spain) in the 1960s, this spicy Spanish sausage brings you the authentic flavor of Spanish Chorizo.

Palacio's ready-to-eat spicy chorizo can be eaten as it comes. Served sliced up directly from the package, it makes the perfect tapa to go along with bread. It can also be added to your favorite recipes to incorporate a special flavor and the signature coloring of the paprika to your dish.

  • Spanish Chorizo - Spicy.
  • All-Natural: No preservatives or artificial coloring.
  • Lactose-free and Gluten-free.
  • Ready-to-eat. It does not require refrigeration.
  • Contains 7.9 oz / 225 g.
  • Product of Spain.

Have a little taste of Palacios Spanish Chorizo (Spicy Chorizo) sliced up, with fresh bread and manchego cheese. For softer textures (and to release some color over your bread) you can heat it up for a minute. When cooking,  add Palacios hot chorizo to spice up your paellas, eggs, salads and black beans.

A little taste of home (Spain), indeed...

I Loved It!

Just the right amount of fat to make it tasty and irresistible. Like pepperoni to the 10th power. Great with a glass of red wine. I see a reorder in my future.

Yum, yum!! This was my first time trying dried, cured chorizo. The heat from the spice is moderate and is felt more after than while you are eating it.
