Have a little taste of Alicante Chimichurri by stirring one part of the mix per three parts of vinegar and three of oil (keep proportions according to how much or how little you want to prepare). You can use olive oil if you like it better, or add a bit of lemon juice! Use to season a delicious choripan (it's like a chorizo hot dog, very lovable). Try on top of roasted potatoes, corn on the cob, or any grilled meat!
